Implementation of ISO 9001
To understand the importance of the ISO9001 implementation project, you must meet the requirements that this standard states and are applicable in your organization. At first this can be difficult or strange. But there are consultants who can make this process not only possible but relatively easy.
We hear that sometimes customers say that “getting ISO certification seems expensive!”. But it is not like that at all. By paying the cost of implementing and obtaining ISO certification, companies will gain publicity prestige for their organization by receiving ISO certification, while enjoying the benefits of the standard, which include productivity and cost reduction. Organizations that have a valid ISO certificate are more reliable in the eyes of customers.

ISO 9001 certificate
Another decision you need to make is the ultimate goal: Issuing certification or claiming compliance with standard requirements.
Certification means that an external auditor will review and audit the following in your organization:
1.Define, control and improve processes within your company
2.Create a leadership role
3.Plan expected results and changes
4.Identifying and addressing risks and opportunities
5.Creating documented information (methods, work instructions, drawings, files, etc.)
6.System monitoring (measurement, audit, review, etc.)
7.Finding and solving problems and their causes
8.Improve all processes
